On Thursday, the 20th of February, our school's students went to a meeting with the theatre in the local community centre. Well, it wasn't an ordinary play because it was performed in English. It was organised by Centrum Teatralne from Kraków.
'Peter Black' - that was the title of the play - narrates a story of a young man who loses actually everything in just one day - his job, flat, girlfriend, health. The play shows several scenes from his hard life and, by doing that, offers the audience a thought - provoking message.
Despite presenting such difficult problems, the play was really funny. There were moments when we had a really good laugh, in which the actors' performance played a very significant part.
Everyone was having an amazing time and came back to school in a good mood.
W czwartek, 20 lutego, nasi uczniowie wybrali się na spektakl teatralny w Krasnostawskim Domu Kultury. Była to sztuka w języku angielskim wystawiona przez Centrum Teatralne z Krakowa.
'Peter Black' - bo taki był tytuł przedstawienia - opowiada historię młodego mężczyzny, który stracił właściwie wszystko - pracę, mieszkanie, dziewczynę, zdrowie - w jeden dzień. Sztuka pokazuje parę scen z jego trudnego życia, skłaniając widownię do głębszej refleksji.
Pomimo prezentowania tak trudnych problemów, sztuka była bardzo zabawna. Przedstawione sytuacje i gra aktorów sprawiały, że widzowie bardzo dobrze się bawili. Wszyscy w świetnym nastroju wrócili do szkoły.
